Tim & Della Toates

Tim’s parents moved to Greenville, South Carolina while he was attending East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. He fell in love with this great town because of the hometown atmosphere, proximity to the beaches, mountains and lakes and decided to move here after college when he married his wife, Della. That was over 28 years ago and today he has grown to love it even more. Tim and Della have raised their two boys, Christopher and Patrick, in Greenville and have loved every minute of watching their boys grow and participate in all of the local sports the schools and the county leagues have to offer. When you work with Tim, you will find a trusted advisor and a true friend. In January 2002, when Tim’s real estate career had advanced to the point he needed to hire an assistant, he immediately thought of his wife, Della. Della brings to the team 21 years of sales training and a love for interior design. Della counts it a privilege to help buyer clients find the perfect home for their needs and will work painstakingly until they find just what they are looking for. For seller clients, she takes the pictures to show your home in its best light, she will describe your home in the write ups to cause buyers to want to look and will even help you “stage” your home for faster sales.
