Country View Estates is a community of approximately 135 homes. Originally developed in 1996, Country View is a collection of homes built by local builders reflecting a great deal of pride and craftsmanship. The community includes a pool and a cabana and large recreation area, as well as landscaped entrances and a well organized homeowner's association. Dues are $200.00 per year. Several local builders build "spec" homes in the community in prices varying from the $150's to the $200's. Located in the ever popular Taylors area, Country View Estates features lots for sale as well, some with basements backing onto the Enoree River, some with mountain views.
