As the grandson of a Tennessee real estate entrepreneur and visionary developer, John Neil learned early on that real estate is a relationship business. With most true passions you typically discover a solid foundation of knowledge and experience and that’s indeed the case with John. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Major in Real Estate from the University of Alabama and years of sales and management experience in commercial real estate and construction, John is a seasoned business professional, an excellent negotiator and one of the most likable people you’ll ever meet. John‘s family has lived in Greenville since 2002. Prior to 2002, the Neil’s visited family living in the area frequently. With each visit, the Neil’s desire to raise their four children in the area grew stronger and stronger. Finally, in 2002, John and his wife Ruth made the move to Greenville. John brings a fresh approach to residential real estate. He has the unique perspective of having moved his family to the area and has experienced many of the challenges that newcomers may encounter.
