There’s that million-dollar smile, of course, but what truly makes Melissa Morrell unique is a priceless combination of energy, enthusiasm and experience.

Indeed, whether she’s selling real estate or teaching fitness classes, Melissa brings spirited abundance to every interaction. As “Greenville’s Agent 24/7,” she offers clients a wealth of expertise gleaned over 15 years in marketing and public relations. She’s been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer at Prudential C. Dan Joyner since 2003 and is a designated Fine Homes Specialist as well; even in the lean market of late, she’s achieving healthy results.

In the gym, too, Melissa delights in helping others achieve their goals. Since 1993, she has been a certified aerobics and for the last 13 years has lead several weekly classes at the Golden Strip YMCA in Simpsonville.

Melissa’s can-do attitude only strengthens in adversity. When her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2008, Melissa pushed back by getting involved in fund-raising for research; she now donates a portion of every real estate transaction to Susan G. Komen for the Cure and was among the top 25 individual fund-raisers for the ’08 Race for the Cure. She is underway fundraising for the ’09 Race for the Cure now!

Giving Melissa and her husband Tony ever more reasons to smile are their young children: Ashley, Hannah and Ty.
